Condensate Water Pump Test System

The condensate water pump testing system consists of a flow rate and speed measuring instrument, pressure head measuring instrument, electrical parameter measuring instrument, flow pressure sensors, related pipelines, test containers, and associated supporting instruments. The pump testing system is a specialized testing equipment for evaluating pump performance. It utilizes high-precision flow sensors, high-precision pressure transmitters, and electrical parameters to meet the requirements for accurate measurement of flow rate, head, voltage, current, input power, and efficiency for various models and grades of pumps. The system features high testing accuracy, excellent repeatability, strong operational stability, high parallel efficiency, long service life, and ease of operation.

Open Test Setup: 
1. Primarily used for factory acceptance tests and type tests of submersible electric pumps.
2. The pump testing system adopts a standard test setup with an open structure, ensuring that the fluid flow through the measurement cross-section has an axisymmetric velocity distribution, uniform static pressure distribution, and no vortices induced by the setup.
3. The open water tank is located above or below ground level, with depth and volume sufficient to prevent vortex formation during pump testing.
4. The pipeline measurement circuit consists of measurement pipelines, pressure tapping devices, flow sensors, regulating valves, quick connectors, etc.
5. Pump head measurement shares a common measurement circuit, with analog pressure gauges displaying simultaneously. The connection between the pump outlet and the measurement pipeline uses quick connectors.
Closed Test Setup:
1. Mainly used for factory acceptance tests, type tests, and cavitation tests of various centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial flow pumps, and vortex pumps.
2. Utilizes a standard test setup with a closed structure, ensuring that the fluid flow through the measurement cross-section has an axisymmetric velocity distribution, uniform static pressure distribution, and no vortices induced by the setup.
3. The closed test setup is located above ground and consists of a cavitation tank, stabilization tank, oil-gas separation unit, pressure equalization chamber, pipeline system, vacuum gauge, vacuum pump, valves (or electric valves), etc.
